Rehab #15 - A 2 Bedroom Gem

Hello people!! We're still at it ... The hubby stumbled across this awesome priced town-home in East Metro Atlanta for $21,000! It all happened so fast that by the time I saw this little gem, Vyck was about to close on the property (way to discuss it with the wifey first, right?). Luckily, I understand that when a deal is this great, you have to move or lose.

It takes about 7 days to complete a project of this size, however; we hired my brother-in-law and the hubby's best friend so it took a MONTH. That's what happens when you hire family and friends folks :-) (all in love). Needless to say, we found a great tenant to call this place home.
