Hey hey now!! We're still branching outside of Metro Atlanta and just happened to beat out a TON of people on this little starter town-home in Macon, GA. We were excited to see the close proximity to restaurants and shopping. This will be a great place for college roommates or a young couple looking for a place together.
The renovations on this property weren't substantial but it appears so when you see the finished product.. We decided to put new floors in all of the living spaces and tiled the bathrooms and laundry area. We change all of the light fixtures and put new door knobs on EVERY door. Instead of changing the vanities, we opted to only change out the sinks. Of course, throw a fresh coat of paint on any wall and you have transformed a room drastically. As you can see ... it doesn't take a lot of money to make a place go from drab to fab!
