Before I reveal the finished product, let me shout out Kechan Bailey for ALL OF HIS HARD WORK. Our nephew put in some serious sweat equity in this renovation and we really appreciate and love him for that. Who says a 16 year old knows nothing about 'hard work'?? I beg to differ!
In 6 1/2 days, she was finished and move-in ready. We found the perfect tenant for this house and she really loves it. Side-note: I can't find the picture for the front of the house (it's somewhere on this laptop) but check out what I have below:
NEW DRY WALL, FRESH PAINT EVERYWHERE ... VOILA!!
