Allow me to take a moment to reflect back to when we bought our first real estate investment property in July of 2010. Never would we have imagined that we would be this successful in such a short period of time. Our goal was to purchase one only one property a year and we already have 10 properties to call our own. This journey of ours is amazing and we give our praises to God(Jesus) for the many blessings. Now, here we are 2 years and 5 months down the road with yet another property, making it the BIG TEN. This house didn't need much work at all, just a fresh coat of paint and some cleaning. It sits on a nice amount of acreage and has a wonderful layout for a big family.
