Someone's been M.I.A.! Well, I'm back and I have a cute little town-home to show you.
Being a real estate investor, it's very, very hard to find a property with little to no renovations needed. And if you happen to stumble across one like the hubby and I did, you feel like you've hit the lottery! Being that you don't have to come out of your pocket to pay for paint, carpet, hard wood floors, refrigerators, dish washers, air conditioning units, etc., we definitely feel like we hit the jackpot with this one.
